Reservation and cancellation policy

– In advance reservations, a deposit of 20% of the total stay will be paid by bank transfer to formalize the reservation.

– Cancellations will be notified in writing via email to the address canmas@canmas.net

– The deposit given on account will be returned if the cancellation is communicated one week before the arrival date. A 2% retention will be applied for management expenses.

– If the cancellation is notified within a period of less than a week from the arrival date, the deposit will not be returned.

– Reservations made at the last minute will require a credit card as a deposit. In case of cancellation or no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

– If the check-out is made before the date formalized in the reservation, the amount corresponding to the rest of the contracted days will be lost.
